Melissa Fowler joined NAF in 2006 and became the Chief Program Officer in early 2021. In this role, she provides leadership for the organizations membership servicesincluding NAFs Security and Quality Assurance Departments; communications; and fundraising and development portfolio. Melissa is deeply committed to NAFs members and was instrumental in changing the organizations mission to be member-focused in 2019.
