Paul Seamus Ryan is the vice president of policy and litigation at Common Cause. He helps guide the organization's policy and litigation work in all substantive areas. Before joining Common Cause in October 2016, he worked as deputy executive director of the Campaign Legal Center. Paul has a law degree from the UCLA School of Law's program in public interest law and policy, and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Montana.
