Romy Newman

Romy Newman is President and Co-founder of Fairygodboss, a job review site for women by women. Previously, Romy worked at The Wall Street Journal for seven years in many roles including GM of Print Products and Head of Digital Advertising. Earlier, she held marketing positions at Google and Estee Lauder, and was a strategy consultant advising leading major media brands including Washington Post and Yahoo!. Romy graduated with a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a proud mother of two, and is motivated by helping other women have the same fantastic career experiences that she has had.
