Samantha M. Busa, Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Child Study Center, part of Hassenfeld Childrens Hospital at NYU Langone. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Bellevue Hospital Center and the NYU Child Study Center in the Child Track. She completed her M.S. in school psychology and Psy.D. in School-Clinical Psychology at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University. Dr. Busa's research interests are focused on the adaptation of evidence-based practices in community treatment settings with diverse populations. She is a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and Division 53 of the American Psychological Association.
