Summer is a wife and proud mommy to her daughter, Raelyn. She was an oncology and hospice nurse for 5 years before recently becoming a stay at home mom. Her daughter was diagnosed with autism in January 2016, and this is when she and her husband made the decision for her to stay home with their daughter. She began blogging in the special needs section of the mommy website, My Atlanta Moms Club, and is trying to reach as many autism parents as possible. She is still learning the ropes of being a special needs mom but is excited to share her journey with her readers.
