1. I will attempt to get out of bed before 10:00am at least once a week (I first wrote twice a week but that got backspaced real fast)

2. I will actually vacuum the house

3. I will get my hair cut by a professional and stop doing it myself to avoid social anxiety

4. I will vow to take my vitamins everyday even though they taste gross and I love to procrastinate doing it

5. I will stop dreading every doctors appointment and remember they are actually trying to HELP

6. I will drink those 6-8 glasses of boring water

7. I will try to like yoga since its supposed to do amazing things despite being super boring

8. I will remember to clean out the air purifying filter since its probably doing nothing with a super full filter all the time

9. I will remind myself that the world doesnt revolve around me and that having crazy anxiety all the time does nothing but make life hard

10. I will visit my grandparents more. They have cool stories and just want someone to tell them to.

11. I will set alarms when I nap mid-day so that 4 hours dont go by

12. I will retrain my brain how to focus (amidst brain fog) and read more books even if it takes me an embarrassingly long time to finish a chapter.

13. I will remind myself of all the blessings in my life despite my Mast Cells kicking me while Im down

14. I will fold the laundry right out of the dryer instead of leaving it in the basket for days (and days and days)

15. I will forget my narcissistic ways and chill out when I go through of bouts of hair loss, swelling, flushing, sweating, skin lesions and discolouration. Things can always be worse!

16. I will seriously consider cutting down on french fries

17. I will not base my whole day on how I feel during the first hour of when I wake up since I always feel terrible and impulsively want to cancel every plan I have (basically I will stop being a drama queen).

18. I will actually walk the dog and stop contemplating getting longer and longer leashes so he can essentially walk himself while I remain stationary

19. I will thank my incredibly understanding husband daily and continue to try to figure out why he chose a dud like me

20. I will remember that everyone has a struggle and that we dont always know the whole story.
