Adam Sandler Tells Howard Stern He Doesn't 'Give A F**k' About Movie Reviews

Adam Sandler appeared on "The Howard Stern Show" on Tuesday, ending his long-term feud with the outspoken radio host.

Stern admitted he was "a total f**king a**hole" to the actor for many years and talked about trashing Sandler's movies. Sandler, who recently released his controversial Netflix movie, "The Ridiculous 6," admitted that he doesn't "give a f**k" about movie reviews, but he does care about how it affects the people that star in his films. 

"The bad reviews that I get on everything I do, that part pisses me off, because I ask my f**king friends to be in it, and to ask them to be in this stuff and I'm promising them I think it's good," said Sandler to Stern . 

The 49-year-old actor continued, "And then I do screenings for an audience and it all works and I'll call them up after and say, 'Hey, that one thing you said really did great,' and then that Friday, every Friday, literally every one of my movies is destroyed. Everything, the reviews, they destroy them so much that I'm just like, 'I can't wait for my friends to see the movie and not read that shit and be affected by it.'"

When Stern asked if Sandler wanted positive reviews, he denied it.  "I swear to god, I don't want them. I don't take them," he said. "When they say I'm good in something and someone calls me up and says, 'Wow, The Village Voice said blah blah blah,' I'm just like, 'I don't give a f**k.'"

Sandler's recent movie, "The Ridiculous 6," faced its fair share of controversy and criticism before the film even aired. About a dozen Native Americans walked off the set of the movie during filming, citing racism, "repeated insults" and a gross misrepresentation of the Apache culture.

"Ridiculous 6" began streaming on Netflix on Dec. 11, and currently has a whopping 0 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
