Audrina Patridge Pregnant With Her First Child

Audrina Patridge announced Friday that she's expecting her first child with her fiancé, Corey Bohan. 

Patridge posted a photo of herself holding a pregnancy test on her Instagram, with the caption, "I finally figured out what to get Corey for Christmas! #babyontheway#ClearblueConfirmed #ad (blog post with all the details will be up today, couldn't wait to share the news with you all:)! Xoxo." 

Patridge and Bohan, a professional BMX rider, have been on-and-off since 2008 . The longtime couple recently got engaged in November of this year.   

"I feel at this point in my life I am ready to be a mama!" Patridge told Us Weekly in an interview . The former "Hills" star said she made Bohan look at the pregnancy test to confirm the news. 

"I asked him to have a look at the test and make sure I wasn’t seeing things," said the host of "1st Look" to Us Weekly. "You never really expect it to say 'Pregnant.' He had a big smirk on his face and was really happy about it."

Her former co-star Spencer Pratt congratulated Patridge on Twitter, but appeared confused about the "ad" part of the announcement.
