Beyonce Blue Ivy: Singer Takes Baby For Stroll In New York Again

Can they stop being so cute already? Beyonce and baby Blue Ivy turned heads for the second day in a row in New York, when the singer stepped out in a painfully fashionable spring outfit -- and baby Blue in tiny gold Marc Jacobs flats.

The pair were caught strolling through Beyonce and Jay-Z's neighborhood of Tribeca, and Bey took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather by donning nude-toned pants, shades and -- increasingly her most fashionable accessory yet -- a baby harness with Blue in it, strapped to her chest.

Meanwhile, Jay-Z dedicated the song "Glory" to all parents in the audience at his SXSW set on Sunday .
