WHO: Singer, actress and DJ, Solange Knowles

WHAT: The effortlessly cool younger Knowles sister stepped out in style (at this point, it's to be expected ) at the after party for the premiere of "Everything Or Nothing: The Untold Story Of 007 ". The Texas-native was pretty in pink in a Twenty8Twelve blazer-and-shorts set. Long sleeves with short shorts is a fun and unexpected way to play with proportions, but what we really can't get enough of is the graphic print blouse she layered under her jacket. She works the pattern in again on her shoes (where DID she get those?) and ties the entire ensemble together with red lipstick and a Union Jack clutch . And we thought Beyonc was the queen of everything...
