Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, citing "irreconcilable differences," TMZ reports .
The filing comes two-and-a-half years after the pair split in October 2010. In March 2011, Billy Ray announced that he and Tish had reconciled .
At that time, Billy Ray told GQ magazine that he blamed "Hannah Montana", his show with daughter Miley Cyrus, for "destroying" his family .
The pair have been married for 19 years .
