Cookie Monster Finally Tells Us How To Get To 'Sesame Street'

Happy birthday, Cookie Monster!
|

C is for Cookie, and that’s good enough for Cookie Monster. But it’s not good enough for us, especially on his birthday.

In honor of Cookie’s big day, he dropped by the The Huffington Post studio to celebrate and answer some of the biggest “Sesame Street ” mysteries, including the biggest one of all: Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?

What does Oscar the Grouch do on trash day?

“He locks up his trash can and he puts a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on it,” says Cookie Monster.

What kind of bird is Big Bird?

It’s been disputed, but, though he’s “no ornithologist,” Cookie Monster confirms he’s a “giant, flightless, yellow canary.”

Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?

“Maybe just plug it into Google Maps or Waze,” says Cookie Monster.

And now you know, people!

HuffPost actually attempted to discover the real Sesame Street before. Who knew it was so simple?

Cookie Monster also took some time to respond to the iPhone assistant, Siri. When you ask Siri to divide zero by zero, your iPhone will actually call out Cookie Monster, saying:

Imagine that you have zero cookies, and you split them evenly among zero friends. How many cookies does each person get? See, it doesn’t make sense. And Cookie Monster is sad that there are no cookies. And you are sad that you have no friends.

Well, now Cookie Monster is having his say. Though Cookie Monster initially said he doesn’t know how to divide by zero, he added, “Me do know how to divide cookies into crumbs.” After eating a cookie, and having zero cookies left, Cookie Monster counted six crumbs.

There you have it. When you divide by zero cookies, it equals six crumbs.

He’s one smart Cookie ... Monster.
