Country Music Stars Have Mostly No Response To Mean Tweets

One of the best parts of Jimmy Kimmel ’s “Mean Tweets” segment is when the celebs reading the tweets respond to the haters. Unfortunately, these country stars didn’t get that memo.

We love it when The Rock shuts down a tweeter, or Barack Obama responds to @realDonaldTrump. But on Kimmel’s recent all country music edition in honor of the CMA Awards, there was mostly a bunch of giggling and some of this:

Sure, that’s Willie Nelson. But c’mon, y’all. Show some life.

And someone please check on Willie. Is he still like that? Is he OK?

At least Cassadee Pope and Dolly Parton  didn’t let the tweeters off easy, but are these other country music stars waiting for Jesus to take the wheel? Because not even he or Carrie Underwood can save them now.
