We all need help maintaining our personal spiritual practice. We hope that these Daily Meditations , prayers and mindful awareness exercises can be part of bringing spirituality alive in your life.
Today's meditation features a recording of the Hanuman Chalisa , a Hindu devotional hymn, by singer and composer Shekhar Ravjiani. Recitation of the hymn is believed to bestow the god Hanuman's divine traits upon the chanter.
