Dr. Evil strikes again! 

An ice hockey fan channeled Austin Powers’ nemesis after finding himself in the background of a live TV interview.

The cameras may have been focused on NBC’s Pierre McGuire interviewing Pittsburgh Penguins coach Mike Sullivan after his team’s 3-2 win over the Washington Capitals  at the Verizon Center on Thursday.

But most viewers’ eyes were drawn to the unidentified man behind:

A gif that’s fast going viral shows him nonchalantly looking around, pretending that the cameras aren’t on him. He then lifts his little finger up to his mouth, to pull Dr. Evil’s trademark pose.

It’s uncanny!
