Anxiety is not always panic attacks and avoidance. Sometimes anxiety is internal dialogue gone rogue. My brain becomes chaotic and my mind races in circles trying to figure ways out of problems that only I can see. Its a maze. A knotted piece of string. Words rarely fail me but sometimes a drawing is more descriptive.
