There Are A Bunch Of Celebrity Cameos In Ed Sheeran's 'Galway Girl' Video

People will be mining for these all day.

Remember when Ed Sheeran basically stopped the entire city of Galway last month while shooting his music video inside a pub?

Well, that video, “Galway Girl,” finally dropped and people are freaking out as they try to spot all the secret celebrity cameos in a matter of three minutes. “Galway Girl” features a slew of Irish stars and athletes, who are credited in the video’s YouTube description but might be hard to find.

Let’s start with the most obvious, even if she isn’t considered a sneaky add-in.

The Galway girl herself is played Saoirse Ronan , who you might know from the Oscar-nominated film “Brooklyn.” Honestly, she’s pretty much the perfect on-screen girlfriend for Sheeran, and it looks like she’d be the best person to hang out with.

The ”Galway Girl” video is like a Snapchat story from an awesome night out. Random people appear as Sheeran wanders around the street and bars, including our next set of famous faces.

Irish radio hosts and comedians Tommy Tiernan and Hector Ó hEochagáin look a wee bit shocked when the camera catches them drinking in the bathroom.

(Can we just appreciate how very Irish the name Hector Ó hEochagáin is? We won’t even try to pronounce it.)

Every bar has a set of those drunk guys, right? The big, loud, aggressive dudes who may or may not overreact to things? Well, those guys are the next pair of stars.

Peter Coonan, best known for his role as Fran in the Irish crime-drama “Love/Hate,” gets the privilege of having Sheeran’s Guinness spilled all over him toward the end of the night. The actor is joined by his co-star Laurence Kinlan in the scene.

There are quite a few other celebs throughout the video, including Galway-born rugby player Johnny O’Connor. Sheeran seems pretty dedicated to showing Irish talent and culture, as he also adds in snippets of some young Irish dancers and buskers.

“Galway Girl” already has over 3 million views on YouTube.

Flights to Galway probably just tripled in price.
