The rest is being written.

One month after Lauren Conrad announced that she is expecting her first child , her “The Hills” co-star Whitney Port shared some exciting news of her own over Instagram on Thursday.

“Oh hey! Just standing by the window in my underwear, with a BABY in my belly!!!” Port wrote alongside her photo. “DM me if you know what I’m supposed to do with this thing for how ever many years I’m supposed to be in charge.”

That’s right, a baby is on the way for the actress and her husband, Tim Rosenman, who served as a producer on Port’s spinoff series, “The City.”

The reality TV star and fashion designer revealed more details about her pregnancy in a blog post on her personal website , writing that the couple was surprised by the news, but feels ready to start their new journey.

“When two people love each other so much and the love becomes too great to fit inside both people, it spills over into a THIRD person,” Port wrote. “This is how I am going to explain where babies come from to the little baby that is now growing inside my belly because Timmy and I are PREGNANT!”

“I’ll be posting some videos and pictures along the way, so you guys can be a part of everything,” she continued. “It’s been such an interesting and trying but amazing journey already. I can’t wait to share my experience AND learn so much from all of you!”

Within the last two years, “The Hills” stars Audrina Patridge and Kristin Cavallari have both welcomed baby girls. Patridge gave birth last summer , while Cavallari is now the mother of three children with husband and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.
