A New Zealand energy company has created the ultimate door-knocker: a gargoyle that's more than meets the eye. Check out what happens when visitors stop by in the clip above, and be sure to watch 'til the end for a masterful finishing touch. 

Energy Online , the company behind the video, is trying to show the advantage of working on the Internet rather than sending out door-to-door salespeople. Given that some of the salespeople actually try making their pitch to the gargoyle, it's likely this viral video was staged. But with Halloween approaching, this knocker just might be the way to win the holiday in your own neighborhood.
