Yesterday, the Movement Advancement Project (MAP) and GLSEN , in partnership with the National Center for Transgender Equality and National Education Association , released a report, Separation and Stigma: Transgender Youth & School Facilities , highlighting how excluding transgender students from the school facilities that match their gender is not only unnecessary, but profoundly harmful. The report was sent to Secretary of Education Betsy Devos along with this letter .
