She's got some big, er, shoes to fill.

She's young, hot and ALREADY dating a pro athlete. Yep, we'd say model Hannah Davis is all but ready to hit the big time.

And if she stars in 2013's Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue , as Page Six claims, she could be on the fast track to Kate Upton-like star status very, very soon. (You remember, of course, that the cover of 2012's swimsuit issue was the rocket that launched Upton's now white-hot career.)

The 22-year-old beauty, who was born in the Virgin Islands, is a regular Ralph Lauren model and has appeared in Elle Mexico and ads for Victorias Secret and Jean Paul Gaultier . And in addition to dating the handsome New York Yankee shortstop -- whom she's been linked to since August 2012 -- Davis definitely knows how to turn heads. She reportedly made a "rare, huge" first impression on Sports Illustrated producers during the swimsuit shoot (read: she looked super hot), so much so that she's even being considered for the cover.

Of course, this is still all hearsay, but if so, welcome to the world of Kate Upton-land, Hannah. You've got some big, uh, let's just say shoes to fill.
