Tara Jaff, Student, Never Uses Heat On Her Gorgeous Hair

When we first laid eyes on Tara Jaff in Union Square, we knew there was something different about her . Maybe it was her bold brows or her ombre locks, but one way or another, we could tell that this London import knew what was up in the beauty department. (Okay, and in the style department -- check out her faux-fur vest!)

"I wash my hair every other day and always let it air dry," the student told us. "And I never use heat." Well, that explains her healthy, perfectly tousled mane . But what about her smooth complexion? It turns out all she uses on her skin is a touch of concealer, a dab of powder and voil, a practically makeup-free face that looks incredibly natural.
