Hilaria Baldwin's Sexy Selfie Sends An Empowering Message To Moms Everywhere

Hilaria Baldwin is expecting her third child and took to Instagram to share an important message about body love during pregnancy. 

Baldwin shared a selfie Monday showing her pregnant belly dressed in lingerie. The 32-year-old yoga instructor, who is pregnant with her third child in three years with Alec Baldwin, included some words of encouragement for other pregnant women to be proud of their changing bodies. 

"I posted belly photos every two weeks when I was pregnant with Rafa," she wrote. "I didn't have the guts to do it the first time around with Carmen. The purpose? To show that we don't need to be ashamed or hide the pregnant figure."

Adding: "I am a true believer that our bodies are amazing, and we should celebrate them, rather than feel embarrassed and hide until the baby weight is entirely gone. For both women and men: we create life...so let's honor how we make these miracles." 

The dancer and yoga guru announced her pregnancy earlier this month and told "Extra" that each of their three children have been "semi-surprises." 

“We wanted to have another one, maybe not so soon, we thought about taking a year or two off,” Alec Baldwin said during an interview with Extra . “I feel like all of our children were semi-surprises, in a good way, good surprise, positive surprises,” his wife added.
