Honey Boo Boo Releases New Song, And You Just Have To Watch The Video To Understand

Nearly a year after TLC canceled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,"  young Alana Thompson, aka Honey Boo Boo, has released a music video for what we hesitate to call a song. 

Since we don't want to mock a 10-year-old, we'll let you know that Thompson and her mother Mama June Shannon teamed up with YouTuber Adam Barta  to create "Movin' Up." 

While the tune is being touted as a rap, Thompson seems to have tapped into an entirely different genre, since she's just yelling every word before breaking it down at the chorus asking listeners to "do the Honey Boo Boo Bop."

Calling the video a monstrosity would be unkind, so we'll go with the perfect video for those without discerning taste. Blame Adam Barta for this.
