This spring, the U.S. Supreme Court is considering a case about a transgender student’s ability to attend school . While this case is about one student’s access to facilities that match his gender identity, many of the estimated 150,000 transgender youth in America’s schools report harassment, bullying, and discrimination. All students deserve to be safe at school, and that includes being able to use facilities that match their gender identity.
