A few months back, Republican candidate for Illinois Lieutenant Governor Jason Plummer made a painfully awkward appearance on "Chicago Tonight."

While he avoided doing the same thing at this week's lieutenant governor debate , the footage of Bill Brady's running mate stumbling through host Phil Ponce's questions is still making the rounds.

Apparently, "The Tonight Show" got ahold of the clip yesterday. In a segment titled, "Get To Know Your 2010 Candidates," host Jay Leno poked fun at Nancy Pelosi --before teasing Plummer's blundering television appearance. The candidates bit is around the 4:00 mark.
