Jerry Buss' Young Girlfriend, Delia Cortez, Written Into His Will, Told To 'Keep Quiet' (VIDEO)

Jerry Buss wrote his much-younger girlfriend, Delia Cortez, into his will, Captain Wag reports in the video above. Cortez, in her late twenties, scored a $5.5 million condo in Hawaii and his 2009 Bently, estimated to be worth about $200,000.

Cortez told TMZ that she started dating Buss years ago when she was living in Marina del Rey, Calif. and that, when the relationship got hot and heavy, he moved her to Honolulu to keep things discreet. She said he told her to "keep quiet" about the relationship.

Buss, who purchased the Lakers in 1979, left almost everything else to his family trust, overseen by his daughter and trustee Jeanie Buss, Captain Wag reports.

Cortez, who is currently studying to become a veterinarian, told TMZ that Buss secured her future and that she loved him . She said says she knew all along that Buss had multiple, young girlfriends but that she was his number one and, "the others were just slutty arm candy."

She has several scantily-clad photos posted to her Myspace profile .

Under Buss' leadership, the Lakers won 10 NBA championships and made it to the finals 16 times. He was a pioneer in the NBA in several ways, including in spending huge amounts of money on top players. Among his acquisitions were Shaquille ONeal, Magic Johnson and Kobe Bryant.

Before his death, Buss was worth an estimated $600 million. He died of prostate cancer in February at age 80.
