John David Kinder Arrested For Allegedly Dancing Naked Outside Woman's House

A Florida woman awoke in the middle of the night last week to a private show she didn't want to see: a naked man dancing in the street outside her home.

The 34-year-old woman woke up at around 1 a.m. on Aug. 15 after her dog started barking, TCPalm.com reports. She told cops she then looked out her door and spotted 25-year-old John David Kinder busting a move in the nude.

"He appeared to be dancing around in front of the house and later fell in front of her house," according to the arrest affidavit obtained by The Huffington Post.

An unidentified woman then helped the man up and took him inside her Fort Pierce house, located nearby. A St. Lucie County Sheriff's deputy went to that address and spoke with Kinder, who denied seeing anyone naked out on the street.

The officer noticed dirt and debris on Kinder's back and after the witness positively identified him as the nude dancer, Kinder was arrested and booked at the St. Lucie County Jail on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.

No word on what dance moves he performed outside the woman's home.
