John McCain Makes Surprise Appearance On 'The Daily Rundown'

Since NBC's announcement earlier this month that Chuck Todd will be the next host of "Meet The Press," Todd's producers at "The Daily Rundown" have been showering him with surprise guests in his last weeks on the show.

The latest is Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who offered to help Todd in his new role.

"As the person who has the most appearances on 'Meet The Press' I'd be glad to give you a lot of advice and counsel, including the best gotcha questions of the week," McCain said.

He also had an idea he shared with Todd -- a new name for the show.

"We should change the name from 'Meet The Press' to 'The World's Foremost Political Junkie And Guests.'"
