There Will Be No Running From Dinosaurs In Heels In The 'Jurassic World' Sequel

Break out the work boots, Claire Dearing.

Not long after "Jurassic World" debuted in theaters this summer did audiences sniff out something weird about the whole thing: Why was Bryce Dallas Howard's character Claire running through the jungle in high heels the entire time? We certainly couldn't figure it out .

Howard admitted the controversy took her by surprise in an interview with Collider on Tuesday. But according to director Colin Trevorrow, the sequel -- which is still three years away and titleless  -- will at least allow Claire to get herself into some sensible footwear before she sprints for her life.

"He texted me #NoHeels2018," Howard said.
