Her exercise regimen leaves us speechless too.

Were totally down with Kelly Wearstler s eccentric interiors, but were not sure if we understand her, er, unusual health routine.

According to Racked , in Bon Appetits January issue , the designer reveals she starts her day with a 5:30 AM session at Barrys Bootcamp and then has nothing but juice (and maybe some coffee) until dinner time. Besides almonds or granola, I don't eat a lot during the day -- juicing is what gives me energy.

Wearstler doesnt give herself a cheat day either. She does this routine seven days a week. -- yikes! Even blogger Felicia Sullivan from Love Like Eat called out the magazine for publishing a piece about a woman who basically starves herself during the day and has one meal at night.

And we have to agree were not so thrilled ourselves to learn that someone who takes such delight in decor doesnt indulge in the other wonders of the world -- like onion rings .

Though this is not published on the site, you can pick a copy of Bon Appetit on newsstands now. Let us know your thoughts below, and click through our slideshow to see inside Wearstlers amazing Los Angeles office .

UPDATE: This story is now available on Bon Appetits website .
