Kim Kardashian Was Once On 'The Hills' But Didn't Make The Cut

Before we started trying to keep up with the Kardashians , Kim was keeping up with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

Yesterday, on the the 10-year anniversary special “The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now,” we learned that Kim K actually made a cameo on the MTV show in a scene with the series’ blond-haired villains that never aired.

Say what? Well, it makes total sense.

Years ago, Kim had gone to a party at Montag’s home with Pratt, who just so happened to be one of Brody Jenner’s best friends. (While “The Hills” was on the air, Brody and Kim were step-siblings through Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, then Bruce.) Of course she would agree to appear on national television with her bro. And, after that taste of the limelight, possibly started plotting her own reality TV domination.

In the scene, Montag gives Kim a tour of her home. 

“This is our arcade room now,” Montag says in the clip, before the two move over to a fish tank. “What is this?” asks Kim, who gets a reply, “It’s our jellyfish.”

“We’re the only people in America to have jellyfish,” Montag continues. Then, Kim asks her stepbrother about his Memorial Day plans, telling him she was going to Las Vegas.

Pratt, who married Montag in 2009, has spoken about his wife’s relationship with Kim K in the past, and even admitted that Kris Jenner once asked him to manage her daughter . By that point, Kardashian also already appeared on “The Simple Life ” and seemed, at least to her mother, destined for fame.

“[Kris] can deny it if she wants, but she comes up to me and is like, ‘Spencer, I want you to manage Kim.’ I literally started laughing,” he told Complex magazine earlier this year. “What is this lady talking about?” 

He also told the magazine that Kim used to call his now-wife to organize her closet but was edited out of “The Hills” episodes showing that.

“Now it’s like, ‘Kim Kardashian breaks the internet with her booty.’ Like, what the fuck? That’s real life for us,’” he said.
