Man Accused Of Egging Former Neighbor's House More Than 100 Times

An Ohio man is accused of egging an elderly neighbor's house more than 100 times -- a series of actions that didn't go over so easy with the police.

Authorities in Euclid, Ohio, arrested Jason Kozan, 30, on Tuesday after an extensive investigation that included undercover stakeouts and analysis of eggshells at a crime lab , Cleveland.com reports.

Kozan faces vandalism charges for the repeated eggings that reportedly took place between May 2014 and June 2015. Police said Kozan had previously lived on the same street the 85-year-old victim, Albert Clemens Sr., according to Fox8.

When local WEWS-TV reporter Homa Bash asked Kozan whether he was responsible for the roughly eight dozen eggings, he denied the accusation, responding "No, no, no." The interview can be seen above.

"Let the jury decide," Kozan said, adding, "whatever evidence they have on me, hey, that's what the jury's for."

Clemens said the attacks -- which also included the occasional lemon, lime, grapefruit and round of paintballs -- damaged his house and made his family uneasy.

The Euclid Police Department posted several photos to Facebook  showing the damage to Clemens' home, which can also be seen below.

Police did not specify a motive for the vandalism.

The case will be sent to the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury , which will decide whether Kozan will be indicted.
