Miley Cyrus Says Liam Hemsworth Loves Her New Haircut, Tweets About Self-Acceptance (PHOTOS)

A day after unveiling her dramatic pixie 'do on Twitter, Miley Cyrus was seen "hiding" her new haircut on a night out with fianc Liam Hemsworth -- causing some to say that the teen queen was already starting to regret the drastic chop.

But the 19-year-old singer has taken to Twitter to defend her new look.

"Feeling so happy in my skin," she tweeted on Monday. She also said that her fianc, 22-year-old Hemsworth, loves her new 'do.

"He loves [my haircut]. Last night he said I look the happiest he's seen me in a while :) he likes seeing my eyes more." Cyrus tweeted to a fan.

And as for all the haters, the teen had some pretty strong words:

Though many of her fans have said they love the teen's new bold style choice (even Ellen Degeneres has shown her support by donning the same hairdo) , some have said they prefer the petite singer with longer hair.

But it seems Cyrus isn't going to take the criticism to heart.

On Tuesday, she shared some important words on Twitter -- about the power of self-acceptance.
