Do you ever feel like you're living in Groundhog Day?

Doing the same thing over and over and over again. No matter how hard you try - you keep reliving the same experience.

This happens because you're operating within a framework of well established patterns in your subconscious.

Think of this like a train on a railroad track. Your actions are the train. Your subconscious is the track.

Riding on the same train that's riding on the same track will lead you to the same destination - over and over and over again.

Going to a different car on the same train is still going to get you to the same place. Why? Because you're still operating on the same track.

If you want to get to a new destination, you're going to have to get on a new track.

Laying a new track is all about tapping into your mindset. Beliefs are the foundation for behaviors.

If you want something new, yet no matter how hard you try you keep getting the same result, that is a sure sign that it's time to check in with your mindset.

One great way to go about this is look at your stories and take notice of any patterns.

What keeps cropping up for you time and time again (ie. feeling disappointed or let down)? What conclusion do you keep coming to (ie. I have to do everything myself)? What beliefs about yourself and the world keep being "proved" true (ie. I will always be alone, the world is a lonely place)?

This is a great way to get a peak into the window of your mindset. Once you have the mindset awareness you have the opportunity to lay a new track. Once you lay a new track you hop on that train and ride that baby to your new destination.

In the comments below, Id love to hear from you - what is the new mindset track youre ready to ride? And where will it take you?
