Before chowing down on your sushi, do you ever stop to think about how the seafood got to you? Oceana , a non-profit dedicated to ocean advocacy, is working to make that information much more accessible. The organization seeks to "expose the extent of seafood fraud" and push for "traceability,"  in hopes of helping consumers know more about the fish they eat.
