Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis Kiss And Cuddle At Justin Timberlake's NYC Concert (PHOTO)

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis couldn't keep their hands off each other as they took in the sexy sounds of Justin Timberlake last night at the "Suit & Tie" singer's exclusive New York performance presented by MasterCard at the Roseland Ballroom.

The newly engaged couple were photographed kissing and cuddling during the concert -- with Sudeikis even snapped whispering sweet nothings into his fiancee's ear.

But this PDA moment isn't too surprising for Wilde, 29, and Sudeikis, 37, who have been open about their adoration for each other .

"On our first date, in New York City, we closed the restaurant down at 2 a.m.! He didnt kiss me, and I was madly in love," Wilde told Marie Claire's April issue of meeting "the great love of my life," adding, "I was overwhelmed.

And although wedding plans are in the works, Wilde says the pair doesn't know when or where their nuptials will take place.

Anything you heard [about timing] is a lie because we dont know yet! she told reporters during the Tribeca Film Festival last month. "Were so blessed to be very busy at the moment, but it will be fun whenever it happens!

By the looks of this picture, it will be MORE than fun.
