Why Portugal Is The Atlantic's Greatest Little Slice Of Heaven

With its rich history and delicious cuisine, there's a lot to love about Portugal.

But we're feeling some serious wanderlust thanks to its 750 miles of stunning coastline and Mediterranean climate -- a combo that makes a case for being some of the best beaches in all of Europe.

From the Algarve (with a coast that includes more than 150 beaches and a six-room, 17th century convent renovated into a hotel ) to Lisbon, the country's capital city and cultural epicenter, there's more than enough eye candy to absorb.
