Princess Charlene was a vision of classic elegance when she stepped out with Prince Albert II at a charity event in Monte Carlo on Tuesday.

The Monaco royal tends to go simple and conservative when it comes to her wardrobe and she stuck by that motto today. The former Olympic swimmer highlighted her broad shoulders in a boatneck LBD accessorized with nearly no jewelry and simple, low-heeled pumps.

Perhaps she was influenced by another (nearly) royal in an LBD who stepped out just yesterday...
