Umami Burger Achieves Peak #PSL With New Pumpkin Spice Latte Burgers

Everyone can agree that the pumpkin spice latte is overplayed, overhyped and just generally over. Leave it to cult favorite Umami Burger, who wowed us with the Monte Cristo Burger by Michael Voltaggio , to find a way to reinvigorate the pumpkin spice latte trend in a way we never thought possible -- or in fact, never thought of at all. In perhaps the craziest iteration of the pumpkin spice latte yet, Umami Burger is introducing the Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger .

The burger consists of Umami's signature beef blend, pumpkin spice flavored mascarpone, roasted garlic aioli, tempura kabocha squash and a drizzle of coffee molasses glaze. It looks as insane as it sounds.

According to Gothamist , this monstrosity can be yours starting tomorrow, Wednesday, November 5, at participating Umami Burgers nationwide. An Umami Burger representative told Gothamist that the burgers will be available "while supplies last," which the rep expects will be through the end of 2014. The burger will sell for only $4 on the day of its debut, and for $12 after November 5.

One of the best parts of the Pumpkin Spice Latte burger might be the way Umami Burger presented it in the press release. Umami Burger suggests:

So on your way to yogilates or Starbucks, pick up the Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger too. And dont forget to throw on your Uggs. We swear youll be OBSESSED after first bite.

They clearly have a sense of humor about the burger, which makes us actually interested in trying it, instead of making us want to recoil in horror. If you get your hands on one tomorrow, let us know what you think!
