Why Restaurant Employees Showed Up To Work After Their Boss Skipped Town
|

Employees at the Down Home Diner in Otisville, Mich., are showing up to work this week even though their boss is nowhere to be seen , WNEM reports.

According to the local news station, diner owner Paul Williams announced the restaurant would be shutting down and skipped town without giving workers their final paychecks. In an effort to recoup some of the money, the staffers have elected to keep the restaurant open. And the diner's patrons appear to be answering the staff's call for help.
