Ronda Rousey's Next Match And Opponent Announced

As if our thirst for Ronda Rousey could ever be quenched, we finally have the date and opponent for her next match.

Rousey will face off against Holly Holm on Jan. 2 for UFC 195, the fighter announced via Twitter on Friday.

Rousey will look to extend her undefeated record of 12-0 and defend her bantamweight title. Her last victory, of course, arrived in just 34 seconds  against Bethe Correia earlier this month in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Rousey has been eviscerating her opponents, with all but one match ending during the first round. 

However, Holm also boasts her own undefeated record , which currently stands at 9-0. A former three-division boxing champion , according to For The Win, Holm joined the UFC in 2014. Her two matches in the organization came in February and July of this year and were split and unanimous decisions, respectively.

But at this point, can anyone take down Ronda? Tune in come January to find out.
