You'll Flip Over This Gymnast's Trampoline Skills

Canadian gymnast Samantha Sendel has us hopping to our feet with this video that shows off her trampoline skills.

Sendel, a trampoline gymnast based out of Toronto, is an alternate on Canada's Olympic team, but her Instagram videos deserve some kind of medal on their own.

 The video above shows the 25-year-old flipping her way into a room through the window.
