Have had this over a year. Used in various shoes/sneakers and its highly customizable. In some cases Ive combined it with a little heat from a blow dryer, or a tiny bit of moisture (spray mist of water) to help the shoe stretch. I have the stretchers in the shoes now. They are some adidas which are narrow on my feet. Thought Id leave them in the stretcher for at least a few days. Well see if shoe stretching as a theory works but in the meantime the product seems to be of excellent quality. Plenty of adjustments and heavy duty. I love that I can use these shoe trees in heels, sandals, flats, or boots. They work even better when used with a shoe stretching spray but just as great without it if you leave them lodged in the pair your trying to stretch out overnight. My feet are wide at the toes and the areas I need to stretch on pointy shoes differ from flat shoes.
