"Snake" is one of the most straightforward yet hardest game of all time. All you have to do is get a pixelated snake to eat the pellets without running into itself or the wall, but somehow most people don't get very far. Once you see someone make it all the way to the end of the game, you'll realize why you've never won. This game is ridiculously difficult.

One Russian claims to have played Snake all the way through, eventually winning the game by making the snake as long as possible, covering every pixel on the board. The GIF posted to a Russian website , and then to the subreddit "Woah, dude," which describes itself as "The best links to click while you're stoned."

The GIF is sped up. It actually took about 13 minutes to beat the game, while the GIF is a little more than 2 minutes long. At the end, a message is shown in Russian, which, according to a few sources on Reddit means "And now we are going to show you a cartoon. Dialing up the server." As if you need a reward after you've won the hardest game known to man.

If you need a dose a nostalgia after watching the GIF (we did), you can do so here .
