The frenzy around Super Bowl ads is already underway.

CBS has sold virtually all of its available commercial time for the big event on February 3, The New York Times reported on Tuesday. Yes, we are sold out, said network CEO Leslie Moonves, who added that there could be some exceptions made for companies willing to pay even more than usual.

The prices are already record-breaking for CBS, according to The Times. The network sold some of the commercial spots for over $4 million, while ad agency executives estimated that it got an average of $3.7 million to $3.8 million for every 30 seconds.

Companies are also beginning to unveil their Super Bowl sponsorships; ad buys from Sketchers, Toyota, Chrysler and Yum Brands' Taco Bell were just announced this past week. They will join Super Bowl veterans like Audi, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, godaddy.com, PepsiCo's Frito-Lay and Volkswagen. Click over to Ad Age for the full breakdown of announcements .
