T-Pain Singing Without Auto-Tune Is Surprisingly Wonderful

T-Pain, rapper best known for his excessive use of auto-tune and spending life on a boat , shocked us all this week when he proved he could actually sing. 

On Monday night, the rapper performed the national anthem  at Dodger Stadium before the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. San Francisco Giants baseball game, and to our surprise, it was great. Nay, beautiful. There was no auto-tune or added beats. Just plain old singing, with a touch of vocal gymnastics (a national anthem must, according to Christina Aguilera ).
