Taylor Swift, Jake Gyllenhaal Back Together? Pair Meets For Dinner

It started with coffee -- could it be back with dinner?

Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal, who were first spotted getting coffee in New York in October and began frequenting coffee shops throughout Brooklyn in November, were seen together for the first time since December 9th -- they broke up in late December .

People Magazine reports that the once -- and perhaps once again -- pair dined at a restaurant near Taylor's home in Nashville, though other details are unclear.

A reunion would mark a big step, as Gyllenhaal once said he was "not rushing things," with Swift, and friends said that he ended the relationship because he hated the camera attention .

It could, of course, be just a post-split reconciliation meeting -- Swift was said to be very upset at the breakup.

Gyllenhaal took ex-girlfriend Jenny Lewis to the Golden Globes on Sunday.
