Tearjerking 'Thank You, Mom' Ad Really Tugs At The Heartstrings

Mother's Day is fast approaching, and the 2016 Summer Olympics in Brazil are only three months away. So, Procter & Gamble is celebrating both occasions with an emotional new commercial .

As part of P&G's "Thank You, Mom" series , the tearjerking ad pays tribute to moms and celebrates their strength through vignettes of Olympic athletes looking back on their childhood memories.

As the caption at the end states, "It takes someone strong to make someone strong. Thank you, Mom."
