NASA astronaut Terry Virts has been wowing the web with breathtaking Vine videos captured from the International Space Station .

NASA's Facebook page for the ISS shared one of Virts stunning Vine clips on Sunday. The video shows the glittery lights of India from space. It has since gone viral.

Over the weekend, Virts also shared this incredible Vine of a lightning storm over India. A majestic performance that inspires awe and respect, the astronaut wrote.

He recently also posted a Vine showing Typhoon Noul as it approached the Philippines :

And another featuring Ana, 2015s first Atlantic tropical storm :

Virts was launched into space on a Russian Soyuz rocket in November 2014. He is scheduled to return to Earth from the ISS in a month.
